Caffeine Related? Have You Heard Of A Coffee Nap? I Looked Online About, Have You Tried It?
I don't how to look at that, It's there but don't know how to look at it, I have taken naps recently but I think it's with a couple of things that I nap from, my meds,age current condition and a natural factor, but not because of coffee my opinion, what is your opinion on the question asked here.caffeine is supposed to be a stimulant if I am not mistaken, so just curious about this,

I have never heard of a βCoffee Napβ. And my son owns a coffee business in Monterey. Guess I really need to get out more.
I seem to get tired after being up a couple hours no matter what I drink. I know my tiredness is due to my 2 seizure medicines. I have to rest or nap several times a day or else I notice it leads into a seizure within few days. So, I have learned to listen tto my body
