I am just curious because when I used to live in the State of Arizona the specialist that I had seen told me that I was drinking the wrong type of water. I had a seizure back then on the job and was told that it was due to me being dehydrated. The thing that was weird was that my old job gave out the Dasani or Aquafina brand of water. I don't drink caffeinated beverages, coffee, energy drinks, sports drinks, or anything with caffeine in it. I was told that a person who has Epilepsy is supposed to drink Alkaline Water or Ph balanced water since they need to have electrolytes in their body. I moved to another city and state back in January 2022 and got told that Alkaline Water has Sodium in it. My job has changed that I work from home all the time. I still go out on the weekends and exercise. Has anyone been told about the benefits and dangers of drinking Alkaline Water? If I can't have regular drinking water or mountain spring water due to me not being hydrated enough, then what do you all think? I am trying to decide what to buy when it comes to water, since I don't want to end up with too much water retention. What are all of your thoughts?

Somewhere on this site the need for Electrolytes was mentioned. I need to drink a lot of water for many reasons. My Neurologist said I would not need Gatorade or special water. Where I live, they have filtered water. I am not very concerned about the Plastic, but maybe I should be.

I Never Heard Of This. I Drink Water On A Regular Basis.

Im usually low in sodium but i hate salty stuff so i drink 1 or 2 pedialyte drinks a day then just spring water. So far no doctor has told me that.
