It's dif per person, and I know that there is a some things that we aren't supposed to do and such etc, but what about the ones that they didn't say and you found on your own . My opinion

One of the best things that I did when I was younger, and I still do it now is play team sport. Reason being is you get to learn different techniques at doing things then over time you can do them better and depending on how good you are and what it is you can adapt them.

I'm πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ learning to accept my condition and dealing 🀝 with it the best way I can πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ first of all praying πŸ™ constantly giving everything to our Awesome Heavenly Father and creator of life who is GOD ALMIGHTY who's personal name is JEHOVAH GOD the Creator of all Mankind πŸ‘¨ πŸ‘© living of all nationalities upon the earth 🌎 who gave up his precious perfect son JESUS CHRIST 🀴 Who died for the sins of the world 🌎 so I'm πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ thankful that they deserve our undivided attention and love 😍 β™₯ and I'm learning to deal 🀝 with my health issue and face the fact that no matter what only they can heal me from it due time ⌚ so I πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ just gonna live and pray πŸ™ and stay strong πŸ’ͺ Amen πŸ€—

Jak Good advice never restrict self from having fun. Clear mind of fears just by doing things to see results. Put epilepsy on back shelf in mind at times, not allow it to control your lifestyle.
