How To Put Into Words What You Experience During A Seizure.

Morning everyone. I was just wondering if anyone else has trouble describing their seizures. I keep a diary of my seizures for my epilepsy nurse. I had a seizure this morning and I've just been writing out what I felt and experienced and it just sounds stupid and almost contradictory. Can I have someone else's opinion of what I have recorded? You did good.
I agree with most here, don't worry about how it sounds. If you're only keeping it for medical people than they will have an understanding. For my Grand Mals I say it feels like someone stuck a High-power line in my head (Road runner or spongebob cartoons getting juiced) or I say I'm tripping on LSD or something, they get the picture.

I just always feel like what I say almost sounds stupid. It's just so hard to explain in a way that someone would understand. That's why i never told a soul about it when I was a child as I just thought I was weird. Everytime I have a seizure I forget how strong the feelings and bizarre auras are.

From what I have been reading on this site it is different for every person. Mine are very hard to describe. I do get a metallic taste and must sit. What is scary for me is that it feels like my body is going to shut down.
