Yes look it up❣️ I had told my friend about it and she was a nurse for over 40 year and she told me about it ❣️ I would take 💯 of those compared to one of my regular one where I wake up in the hospital and can’t remember anything that week❣️

It's dif per, but I don't think there's anything to laugh about during any of my seizures I have had, I'll go through them but don't remember anything funny about having a seizure, not that is not what is posted here can happen it's possible, but that is my opinion here for the question here hang in there and try and stay pos, I do.

I've had a seizure triggered by laughing before.😋
Any type of stress on your body... good or bad... seems if you have to much of it you can tip the seizure scale.

I’d not heard of a laughing seizure, but I believe you when you say it felt better than other types. (I have had laughing attacks, when I couldn’t STOP laughing to the point of causing difficulty breathing, but I was very much aware the entire time.) I have no doubt that it is a type of neurological event though!

No . But if I had a choice I would rather be laughing than angry.
