What Is The First Food You Eat After A Seizure?
I just ordered chicken nuggets,potato chips and and ice cream. I crave carbs,salt and sweets after a bad seize...every time!😂

Mary Yes thats a pain once had 14 stitches on tongue' frequent drop down seizures. Hope yours aren't as severe Just partials now for me. Funny how despte 50+ years of seizures still fine.
Anything soft. I usually bite my tongue so bad I can't chew anything.
Whatever you want or makes you happiest to enjoy. Glad seizure is over and you can be normal self again too.
