I’ve had two neck surgeries. I have the sciatica where the pain shoots down my leg. I have disc problems in my back too so I’m always hurting somewhere. I’ve learned to live with it. I just try to bring the severity of pain from a 7,8,9, or 10 (on a scale of 1-10) down to a 4,5 or 6. I can function at a 4,5, or 6 but not 7,8,9, or 10. I’ll never be pain free. Stretching helps to some degree but you must live through it. Walking helps too. Get the blood flowing.

YES ! I was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis when a child. I had/have fibromas that looked like pimples on my face and was often made fun of. I had fibromaas on my toes that presented as lumps of skin that looked like a soft skinned wart growing near the cuticles of my toes. If I hit that toe it bled profusely and was difficult to stop. Excruciating pain. I’ve had a bunch of tumors on my brain that fortunately stayed there and didn’t grow, multiply or move to different places. I still have pain and a lot of blood when this happens and take Gabbapentin AKA Neurontin for this, and pain management, and take meds for severe migraines. Other than that and a ton of other pains and discomfort, I’m great.😂

This has not happened to me yet. I have been exercising, but need to watch it. If I become overheated, a bad seizure can happen.

Quinn16 my neurologist wants me to get another epidural shot which I did not continue.
