Are you sleeping well throughout the night? Do you have problems going to sleep at night or simply having a hard time getting back to sleep. I know that when I wake up in the morning to take my medicine, sometimes it’s easy to fall back asleep although if I didn’t do much the day before I generally stay awake. It varies from person to person and there internal clock. If you have problems sleeping throughout the night or can stay up throughout the night, you may want to be tested for sleep apnea. Many people don’t even know they have it. They simply think that’s the way things are supposed to go. I hope you find this useful and are able to figure out what may be causing you to be unable to sleep, especially since most epilepsy medications cause or can cause sleepiness. 👍❤️🙏

Weekdays my wife is up before 2:15am to get ready for work so she can catch the 4:35am Toronto Transit bus to work because she starts at 5:30am. There are days I go back to bed and others I stay up all day on gaming pages or pages like this one. It does make me tired in the evening and at night and I go to bed, with her, by 7:30pm on weekdays as she works Monday to Friday and she wants her rest. Even after a 7:30pm to 2:15am sleep time she is always sleepy, as well as I. I am lucky that missing a good nights sleep does not cause a seizure at night or during the day.
