When it's hot and humid I cant be out long. I began to feel lightheaded, dizzy and weird feeling in my body. I hate when it's to hot and humid like it has been lately

Before my surgery, this would have given me problems all the time. I would have spent all day every day inside. I had an average temperature of 99 degrees. Now, post-surgery, I am back to normal at 98.6 degrees, and, still, I wouldn't say I like the heat, but I don't have as many issues with it. I am almost 10 years seizure free.

Yes, my doctor told me due to illness. My sinus are a mess due to the hotness and having to stay in the house with the air conditioner on all day and night.
All we can do is drink lots of water and stay cool, plus no stress.

Cool everyone off! Only place cooler was San Francisco! My mother in law loves museums! It was 60 degrees out at the museum! Brr!
