Like everyone is saying drink more water, don’t drink soda Coke or Pepsi etc. that just has sugar in it that does not help. Stay out of the sun, if possible turn on an air conditioner to stay cool. Wear light clothing, t-shirts, shorts etc. If it is possible go into a pool πŸŠβ€β™€οΈ. Bring a second person with you if you go swimming. Take a cool shower 🚿, and put cold wet towels on top of Yourself. Stay cool πŸ†’.

The best way I stay cool is to put a wet wash rag in the Refrigerator freezer and let it get good and cold and then put in on ur head or round neck to cool off .And stay in the house when the heat index is to hot outside!!! But put two or three bottles of water in the freezer and let them get good and cold but not frozen!!! That's how I stayed cool this summer!!

One easy thing is to somehow stay away from the sun/in the shade, if You have an air conditioner turn it on and stay in that room. Drink cold water, with ice inside it all day. Soda, etc. has sugar that makes Your body work more to get rid of sugar inside You, makes You sweat more. Sugar will only add energy, sitting, relaxing not moving much is what people want to do when they are hot.
