@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member You can get more Brain damage over time if you get really bad TC seizures. But generally, it comes down to how well everything is managed. In short yes, it is due to more seizures but really comes down to how well everything is controlled.

Yes, it does have to do with coordination. I say so because it has to do with damage to the brain. The brain is the leader of every action of the human body, both internal, external, and any action done to it. The actions may be either negative and positive. The brain has 5 areas, the left and right temporal lobes, frontal lobe, partial lobe, and optic lobe. Each area, except the optic lobe that only controls sight. The others have multiple controls. Our condition has to do with partial damage to one or more of those lobes. How bad the actions are has to do with the percentage of the lobe that is damaged. That is why there are so many types of seizures, reactions to medication, and actions that may cause seizures for some but not others. Such as strobe or flashing lights, playing video games, different foods, and more. One good thing is it is a partial damage not dead. That means you still have some control of the area damaged and the harder you try may be hard but could be extremely helpful and show you are still the leader! 👸 Also you have command of the coordination those lobes may have with each other🏆!

In my case yes. But meds don’t have anything to do with it. I also have tinnitus so that’s another culprit.
