Did You Get The Right Meds At When You Were Diagnosed With Your Condition, And Were They The Right One (s) ?

I think that when I was diagnosed with my condition I was given the right meds, but later after meeting with a new doc out here changed them, I brought up before and told of it, but I personally didn't think I had prob with the meds I was on, she just took me off and put me on the meds I am taking and don't have a prob with either, thankful it worked out that way, my hypothetical question to that would be what if the meds she changed up didn't do what they were supposed to, then I be at square… read more

I was placed on various levels and various style where they had to manipulate since 2014. I am now on the correct levels and styles that helps me from day-to-day that does not interrupt my ability to think rationally.

In my experience, there’s more “trial and error” to finding the right med mix than I would like. Part of this is because the right med mix does vary by individual. And some meds do have negative long term effects, which might be why your mix was adjusted. I’m surprised that your doctor would completely change your meds without providing a clear explanation as to why.

When I was referred to my doctor which led to my surgeries, it was because I was told by the previous doctor that she ran out of medicines to give me. My current doctor has told me I literally have a thick skull from all the medicines I have taken!

I'm going to guess she knew of the medications that are the current ones for those meds I mentioned to her and felt like it was time to get with the current meds, I didn't? About that when she did, she asked what I was doing on those meds I mentioned and showed her, that was it as far as that conversation went, been my current meds since then and haven't had any prob with In my opinion, a few side effects of but nothing I can't handle, and they happen time to time but not often but do, but I am ok with that, my opinion here.
