When Given A New Med Are You Going To Take It As Say Right Away As Your Doc Said Or After Get Home Kinda Reluctant To? I Just Curious

I myself haven't had a prob with doing what was prescribed by my doc to me, or anyone else in the medical field, I a have once misunderstood one of my meds a doc gave me for pain, Vicodin or something, but said take till gone, I thought the pain, and it was, but it was the medicine that it was, I had about half of it left, that's what I thought, but the pain was gone I didn't think that it needed anymore of the med. My opinion, what are your thoughts about this ❓

I have Deep Brain Stimulation and now I’m getting less seizures

Question Drs bout any sides for yourself to ease mind. Not doubt Dr's advice bout meds for your particuar type of epilepsy. Even non script Ads on TV scary side affects listed too. Seizures more freaky than sides. Try meds see how you do, any bad sides Dr takes you off. So many out there now for various type s its great. Diagnosed 52 years ago only a few but glad we had any to help. First century thru time to explain seizures a physical prob with brain function,epilepsy not a mental one Geniuses once nhad seizures but no idea why. Mom told me of Einstein, Michelangelo, Poe, Socrates, Nobel + others was amazed So glad we know better now.

I take as prescribed. If I have too many problems with side effects I'll contact my doctor

I 🤷‍♀️ truly like to research the medication side effects history of what effects that will occur before I 🤷‍♀️ myself just start off taking the medication before letting the doctor putting me on it,because I don't want to be taking something and end up with other health condition, so I research the side effects of the medication first hands 👐 making sure that there's nothing I can end up with that I'm not aware of 🤷‍♀️
