Your Aftercare Paper Work? Do You Get It When You Go To Your Appointment?
I get out patients paperwork when I get done being with the doc I am with most of the time, not the last time I went though, verbally was all, I was kinda surprised but got my work done she had written up for me, I can't remember that happening, I am ok though, what are your thoughts? I do think she is a good doc I met replacing my doc that I had been with 5 1/2 yrs, I am curious about the? And has something like this happened to you?
My GP gives me a summary after every visit. I don't recall ever getting a summery after a visit to a specialist
I am now with Kaiser Permanente it is great insurance and they have wonderful follow both online and in the office with future appoints included it is pretty amazing. And helpful. ericthom3
Most of my doctors are all in a health system. So it’s all online. I do have to call sometimes if I don’t see a result that I may be waiting for. I find it pretty easy.
I get paper and MyChart summaries. MyChart is the online portal for my health provider University of North Carolina. The only problem I have with the paper summaries is that they are not printed on both sides and so much paper is wasted. I like having the summaries online so I can always refer back to them.
I do when blood level is checked. On others I get on my medical email receive from what Dr. have seen and can read about my appointments there with all Dr.s seen and when.
How Did You Go With Getting Clearance To Return To Work?
Do You All Feel That Our Medications Loses Their Effectiveness After A Few Years?
When It Comes To When Feeling Fearful For Your Own Safety What Would You Do To Get Rid Of Your Fear? I’m Thinking Probably A Wheelchair.
