After You’ve Regained Your Senses And Appetite, What Is Your Post-seizure Craving Or Go-to?

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭
Atwater, CA

Personally, I can’t run to the sweets. It’s gotta be fatty and greasy. It’s either breakfast or a hamburger. Foster Freeze has the best burger for me when I’m in such a state. It’s one of the few times I eat red meat. And hydration ASAP!

To be specific, it’s one of two things: 1) huevos rancheros breakfast; or 2) Big Boss burger.

I can't eat for a week or 2 after seizures, the ulcers to my tongue and cheek make it so painful, cold custard is about all I can manage, the pain and constant saliva build up make even talking hard
