Welcome Jimmy to MyEpilepsyTeam. This is an excellent website to start to learn about epilepsy since the people on this website have epilepsy or are caregivers of people who have epilepsy.
I found this website after my third seizure and began learning. I am doing a lot better. I still have seizures but not as manyand made some awesome friends.
I am glad to meet you Jinny.

What do you know? There are many local epilepsy foundations that have amazing webpages that can tell you about the challenges and how to face them. My local group has a walk for us every year. They come into the schools and teach the general public about us trying to stop the stigma.
