I had mine out and had to be put under for it as they weren't throw yet. But I didn't have any issues.

My wisdom teeth never grew out of the gums so my dentist had to use a drill and drill down into my gums to get my wisdom teeth out

I had my three pulled, but they did mine one at a time because of my epilepsy. They did them one at a time. They were each a week apart. The worst one first and then the other two. I never got the fourth tooth it never came in.
