I can understand how you would be scared of your condition and maybe not even knowing when a seizure would start or even what to do. I myself used to be that way at first when my seizures began. Not only that, but when I went to school I stopped wearing dresses because of my brace. I was bullied every single day even without wearing a dress. I was laughed at by the way I walked and I still get stares even today. Some people have also stared at me in public while I had seizures as well.

I think at first i was confused and a little scared of the not knowing part but after the years gone by I have accepted the condition of epilepsy I have and am not ashamed of the condition I have, a inconvenience time to time but nothing I can't handle, that is the good and the bad and the ugly ones over the years, I have the condition more stable than before and I am ok with that, I am me and it's changed me a little bit for the better knowing what I have to deal with and how to handle it accordingly as I do, my opinion here,

My not having Epilepsy and conditions have gone through the years. It's made me appreciate life more since still alive. Very thankful for since not expected to continue to live. It's taught me more on how others live with this from other ways, a good friend who didn't have for the years I first knew him ended up when older having a stoke getting Epilepsy from that. Plus others through out the world having it difficult from other disabilities too.
