Topamax for me, when I had large doses, I would lose my hair. Some people deal with this others it works great. Never give up!

I take it. I've been taking it for a long time though and it's been a very long time since I've had any dosage change so my side effects are very minimal. the only issues I get as of now are the occasional tiredness and feeling irritable, and the random blurred vision but that's about it. My other side effects come from Keppra.

Topiramate (Topamax) is one of the most commonly prescribed medications for epilepsy. The side effects can vary from person to person. Some common side effects reported by MyEpilepsyTeam members taking topiramate include fatigue, cognitive problems ("brain fog"), weight loss, tingling in the hands and feet, and kidney stones. The severity ranges from mild to quite disruptive for daily living. If you are experiencing difficult side effects from topiramate, be sure to discuss them with your doctor.
