I Had Left Hippocampus And Amygdala Surgery 5 Years Ago. Surgery Was Successful But Tend To Have Random Twitching Of Head And Shoulder Area.
Also have issues with loud sounds/noises and flashing lights etc….anyone have a similar experience?

It's understandable to have lingering issues after epilepsy surgery like random twitching and sensitivity to lights and sounds. Many members on MyEpilepsyTeam have shared similar experiences. I had the same surgery but the side effects aren't like yours. The only side-effects I've noticed are being emotional about everything and jumpy when I hear things close to me like a dog barking or a horn honking.
