Yes, and i will use it as an excuse at the drop of a hat if needs be. It has gotten ugly.

Yes. You should try to keep a regular schedule, although it’s something that you should follow. I haven’t had any problems with seizures if I have changed it or simply got off. Kinda like a diet, you do your best to keep to it but naturally you have variable levels
