A bit of humor - I live where I do now because of my condition. Because I had a successful surgery and had been seizure-free for five years, it was all I wanted. I told my wife to have a house built just the way she wanted and we'll be even. We've lived in the new house for almost 19 years.

Living in this rural country stresses me out. It would be nice if there were more places around me that I could go to

I must say this thread has been a eye opener for me. Here's me living in the city and my mum winges whenever I have to travel more then 30 mins for a appointment. Normally I only travel 15 mins.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member My other problems with my health, just to mention one is the I have Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), where in 1976 I had a cyst removed during Christmas from between L3 & L4 in my back that had caused me to be paralyzed for a half hour before getting ready for school. Then when I was 20, I had 2 removed from each arm because I had problems holding things and then Sept of this year I had another removed from my right forearm which did wonders in helping me hold onto things. Have a wonderful night. 8:10pm Toronto Canada time.
