While It Is True You Have To Be Careful To Stay Hydrated, It Is Also Important Not To Drink Too Much. I've Done This. Washed Too Much

Salt out of my body. Salt imbalances are just as important as sugar imbalances. If you don't know how much you should drink call your doctor, They'll know.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member There is a pretty good thread on reddit could hydrated. I asked a question on there about where else I may be getting water from without knowing it. It turns out that yes water is obviously the best source but if you drink anything you are basically still getting water. The point is if you drink cordial or soft drink don't drink that much water because you are already drinking it.

You’re right Sheryl , We shouldn’t get over hydrated . The Dr. usually say to drink a 8oz cup 8x ( or 64oz or 2 liters ). a day .

I was. 1½ gal. A day. I had heard the more water you drink, it can help you lose weight. Plus I did it by myself instead of consulting a doctor. My fault. But I did learn. Ihope we can help someone.

Yes, you can wash too many of your electrolytes out of your body, but you would need to drink a lot. Electrolytes are so very important, especially for normal rhythms. You should just drink enough until you can go through the day and not feel thirsty.
