Have been on a roll, no major auras, almost a steroid high. I have felt headaches where I fell 2 years ago, had the jerks a few nights ago, which was new, now feel THIS! Maybe it's all part of the new normal. Thnx for listening.

You may be coming down with the flu or a viral infection, as well as covid. Growing up, I would get extremely cold, especially in air conditioned places, and during the fall and winter. My hands and feet would get numb and my fingers would turn white.
I worked at a payment office, with 5 other women, who would always have the air on, even when it was cold outside. Our work area was quite small and there was at least 2 vents for the air conditioner. The office was always freezing, so I was always drinking hot tea, or hot water, and would wear a jacket, even in the summer. I got sick with a really bad upper respiratory infection, which I believe was from the room temperature. I ended up going out on workman's compensation.
I worked there for almost 8 years. I had a payment office, which was very close to my home, but I didn't want to give my co-workers the satisfaction of them running me out.
In 2017 I was seeing an orthopedist for pain on my right elbow. I don't know how the conversation of me always being cold came up, but he said that it sounded like I had Raynaud's syndrome. I came home and did some research on it, and it was all the symptoms I had been living with.
About a month ago, I saw a physician's assistant, about some concerns I had over the results of a breast mri I had had. It showed several different conditions in my chest area. I told him that I suffered from Raynaud's, and that I wanted to see a pulmonologist. He gave an an authorization for that. I need to make and appointment, but what he also did, was to have some lab work done to rule out everything, but Raynaud's. I got my blood work results, which came back negative for other causes, for me always being cold.

Just my opinion, I felt the same way about a month ago. Turns out I have an infection. Especially when I got the chills and cold. I didn’t think so but I had a nasty infection. Hope you feel better. Maybe contact your primary care doctor. Just in case. Brought on all the unwanteds . Better safe than sorry. I should have listened to my instincts. Also spent 6 days in the hospital.

Yes, jerks are part of the symptoms of epilepsy. Do you take any supplements? Try taking B6 - for nerves, Zinc, Magnesium - helps in so many actions of the body, zinc helps wounds to heal faster. It all depends on what minerals and vitamins your medication takes out of your body. I found that my medication took a lot of minerals and vitamins out of my body as I have Osteoporosis. So when I take my medication, I counter act it with vitamins I know it will take out of my body. I take Potassium Magnesium, D3, Zinc, B6, B12. I feel good. Chia is a very good additive for the body - even for normal people. Take care!!
