This is my 7th time working at an organization going through a restructuring, so I'm used to a bit a stress and understand the process, but my first time doing this with epilepsy. When taking on multiple responsibilities in the workplace my biggest concern was the stress level that can come from this. Stress is a major cause of seizures. It is important that you don’t get caught up in too much. I wish you the best and without any seizures.

It's not the stress it self that causes the problem. It's what happens afterwards, grandmals , petimals catatonic episodes etc
This is actually a really good question. Tbh I'm fairly sure I'm some who probably gets more stressed than I realise, and I just don't know it. Its either that or I just deal with the stress a lot better than most people. My health insurer as finally included the digital mental health program at no extra cost so I'm currently in that basically to find out whether I am doing all the right things.
