I enjoy the holidays . Especially when it’s with my family and relatives . Holidays can also trigger my seizures sometimes.
Hello @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I'm the same way with large crowds. I don't have an issue being there and I have no problem speaking to crowds, but I usually don't congregate with but a few people. And I do love my alone time.

For me Thanksgiving was the worst. We would have 30-40 people every year and helping to prepare most of the meal was incredibly stressful 😩. Since covid it has just been the immediate family. I didn’t ever have any seizures though.
