I don’t have much of an appetite but with meds I take have to eat. Anyone notice food flavor changes? I feel like I’m getting fat! Well I’m older.

There are some meds with the side effect of making you not feel hungry . You maybe on one of those medications. The Dr. want to make sure , that you’re still getting the Nutrients that your body needs .

I am never hungry due to my meds. My mom usually makes something and forces me to eat it

Medications. Can change your appetite I am on 3 meds. And noticed I am eating only half a meal 3 times a day. I have to write it done. I have to indicate fluids too!
