I cannot fast, because not eating is a trigger for me. i was told to eat 25 grams Protein, 25 grams Fiber. Where I live they serve a really awful lunch. My Caretaker prepares breakfast and dinner for me. I want to eat smaller meals. My digestive system is affected by the Epidiolex.
