A Dietary? I've Noticed That It's On A 2000 Cal Diet From Before They Said, But Now It's Up To 3000 Cal On Average, Why The Change Of That?
I am wondering about this, I am ok with my fasting diet I have put into my life with about 2 and half years ago, but I looked this up a little while ago and it's no longer 2000 calories anymore, this is not something that bothers me but is a ? I cannot fast, because not eating is a trigger for me. i was told to eat 25 grams Protein, 25 grams Fiber. Where I live they serve a really awful lunch. My Caretaker prepares breakfast and dinner for me. I want to eat smaller meals. My digestive system is affected by the Epidiolex.
Dave it's hard to say why they keep playing with numbers. For years my blood pressure was fine, several years ago they lowered the acceptable numbers and I've been on high blood pressure meds ever since. don't make a bit of sense to me but "it is what it is"
