I’m not sure I will ever be until my seizures can be controlled by meds. Bcse I never know when I’m going to have one. I have triggers and all but it seems anything can set one off. A cold , the weather it’s very frustrating. I must have all the triggers. But that’s life and I’m glad I have one.

I’ve accepted my condition a long time back; I just wish they wouldn’t be progressing- but I’m guessing that that’s cuz my PTSD has decided to present itself as seizures ; but either way I just wish I could still be working.

I won't say I'm ok with my condition but I have accepted it and the changes I had to make. I live a full life and do most anything I want to do within limits.

It's understandable to feel unsure about what to expect from epilepsy, even after living with it for years. However, it sounds like you feel your condition is relatively stable and manageable most of the time, with only occasional more severe seizures. That's an encouraging sign that things are settled for you. Incorporating prayer and Bible study into your daily routine likely provides comfort and empowerment in coping with your epilepsy. Many people find that spiritual practices help give them strength and perspective for managing a chronic condition. As long as these practices don't interfere with following your doctor's medical recommendations, they can be an important part of self-care.
