This Weakness Isn’t Going Away In My Legs . The Simple Fact Is I Wake Up With It Every Morning And It Last Through The Day My Question Is

this how am I supposed to get through a day to do anything if they feel too weak for me to do anything not to mention our physician that treats me for my two neurological conditions won’t do anything. So I’m pretty much stuck either force myself through this every day or stay on the couch every day when I’m home this just isn’t right in my opinion.

I agree with Ed4. I think it is time to start thinking about a second or even third opinion.

What Neurological conditions do you have? If your doctors are not listening to you, ask for a referral to someone else. When my Neurologist who took care of me for 35-40 years retired, I wanted to stay with the same office. However, I had a HUGE SEIZURE in the Lobby after meeting the Doctor who was to take over. Nobody came to check up on me! Fortunately I .was with a friend who knew what was happening and what to do. I decided to work with 2 Doctors out of Yale Neurology.

Quinn I too believe it's time you get a second opinion. Your doctor is either missing something or not looking far enough.

I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts here, I have had a little bit of that at times, but as for the question you asked, I would suggest asking to talk to your doc about this and try to come to a medium about it, and If not go look for a second opinion from other resources and leads from the medical field etc, and go from there, but hang in there and try and stay pos and good luck with that and the condition you have and going through, happy holidays my opinion

I’m wondering if it’s a form of overdose . I was on Vimpat , and not on my full dosage. My dose went up a little , while decreasing my other medication. The day of the new dosage change , my legs gave out and I couldn’t walk. I then crawled myself to my bedroom to lie down .
