I have had my sleep sometimes in spurts and didn't get a full night's sleep in, but I did a ok amount of sleep in, and sometimes a full night's sleep and a few naps after having a full night's sleep in , I am a early to sleep person by my standards, I usually get to bed about 8 :00 pm and between 8:30pn and get up about 3:00am and sometimes around my wife's alarm at 4:18 am, which I am ok with also, I do take periodic naps some of those days and some not, but I think that I have days I few hrs… read more

I go to bed between 9 and 9:30. A lot of times I wake up @ 2:30 then go to the bathroom and come back to sleep. I wake up @8:45

I was having a lot more seizures when I was not sleeping.

When I get all my sleep at once I feel a lot better the next morning.

I usually get all my sleep at one time, but I am not adverse to a nap.

If you get your sleep at intervals, it is better than none. When I worked at night time, on my breaks I would close my eyes for 15 minutes and it did help me through the night work.
