I think that in my opinion about this ❓ I'm asking is I have had this since age 7, i didn't know what it was and came to accept it, took me a while to do that but I did, as for other illnesses and such etc I have had a few of those as well, from the common cold to flu and pneumonia and bronchitis, strep throat, there are a couple more but just saying, and as for my age and other factors that goes with the? My health is so-so, but none of it is due to epilepsy, just bad genes.

outside of the symptoms of epilepsy and side effects of seizure meds I'm in pretty good health for my age. My bp is a bit high and I have very mild asthma. Don't have energy or strength I had when younger but overall I'd have to give a rating of 2.2 out of 3. I'm able to do most anything I want within reason.

Well it's almost a year no soda this Feb. And no lemonade almost two months. And today I'm giving up the sweet tea. Also I won't buy sugar cereals no more . I'll be having a good list of things I'm giving up.. personal choice
