You need to bring it up to your .Dr. , so he/she can check your blood levels with your meds . May need to increase your medication dosage or add another medication.

Now if this keeps happening you may want to bring up the possibility , that you maybe experiencing Refractory Epilepsy ( resistance to the medication ) .

But even before the Dr. decides about Refractory Epilepsy, he/she will probably try other things , first.

I'm sorry the medications are not always working to control your seizures. There are a few options to explore in that situation. One is trying different medications or combinations of medications to find a better fit. Doctors may also consider other treatments like diet changes, devices, or sometimes surgery. Having ongoing conversations with your doctor to adjust the treatment plan as needed is important. It's also helpful to track your seizures and any side effects in a journal. That way you can give your doctor detailed information to help guide treatment decisions. Many members of the MyEpilepsyTeam community share their experiences trying different medications and treatments in the group discussions.

I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts here, I think it's dif per person and how our conditions effect us, meds treatment etc, I could have the same diagnosis with people that are on this site, but I am not that person, as for the question you asked about, I would discuss this with the doc and the medical field etc and see what info they can come up with and leads and resources to find out how to get your condition more stable and controlled better than it is, but it may seem to bring you down in a way, that has happened to me also but don't stay at that level when it happens, but hang in there and try and stay pos and good luck with your search for the resolve to your situation you have and wish it gets better for you, my opinion
