That’s how I live too. I offer to help friends with stuff to give me something to do and it also gets me out of the house and socialize

Check with local churches. Even if you don't worship in a particular church it's a community to connect with and whatever options you participate in you will connect with people!
Another possibility is at your community center where many activities and community service projects are planned.

Living in a city can give you easier access to health access. Also, you may be closer to an Epilepsy Foundation in that city.

I don’t get a chance to get board here lately because of catching up with my doctors appointments and I’m getting my friend to the doctor appointment also, can’t find time for myself ever until I’m on here!
