I ate what was put on my plate. No special diet.
I eat well, and do take Vitamin D3 as well. My previous Doctor (now retired) wanted me to take Caltrate or something similar, Calcium and Vitamin D. My current Doctor is concerned about Calcium Deposits for some reason. I do eat fatty fish, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. I also eat some meats, but that includes Calves Liver. I have Osteoarthritis and Osteoperosis. That is why I had been taking Calcium. When I was treated for Breast Cancer, they always tested the Vitamin D Level.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I too grewup in the era where the Mom & Dad gavr plenty of spankings. Grandpa used the belt. The teachers were allowed to spank & when yhe principal broke the wood paddle on my backend, my Mom bought a bigger one with holes in it, it added a sting to it. She then told him that if he breaks it, she'll get another. And I turned out okay. I learned to show respect. & knew I should clean my plate. The discipline my elders showed me was surpassed by their love. Those values are treasured.
