When I gt sick and need relief, I ask my pharmacist what should I take.

I use to take what ever type of cold remedies , that was in my home. Today I just use HALLS cough drops. It helps sooth my throat if the cough is strong. It also helps clear my sinuses, if my nose gets clogged

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , Everyone can react differently to things but I’ve been on Depakote for probably over 25 years & have never had any problems taking Robitussin. I take 1260 mg of Depakote a day, 750 mg in the morning & 500 mg at night. Of course I only take the Robitussin as needed but I’ve never had any issues with it but I did look at www.Google.com & it said taking the 2 could cause some side effects but I’ve never experienced any problems. But you could go to google & type in both names of the medications & read about taking them together. But again, I take Depakote & have never had any issues with taking Robitussin. I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts here, I think it's dif per person, I have had something that has come upon me, I think it's a cold flu symptoms of, but not sure if it is, I'm kinda drained and have small body aches and a small cough and a few other things that goes with that I have, but I'll see what happens with it and hopefully it will subside and go away on its own, but I am going to hang in there and try and stay pos and so can you, my opinion,
