Check out the website emphatica.com. They show the Embrace watch that helps detect seizures. I don't know how good it really works , but it sounds like it could be a good device.

There was actually an app created for your phone that can detect when you fall. It was on shark tank. It was designed by a young boy who has epilepsy and his dad. When it senses your fall you have a period of time to respond or it sends out your coordinates. I will have to look up the name of the app and get back to you with it as I don't remember it off hand.
