Ive had that. Lying on my bed thinking my bed sunk down.

I have that as well, but l don't know if that's a seizure or not.

I have that all the time like I'm falling away into something like out of my body/ like falling back. It's such a strange feeling. It happens a lot- especially when I'm really tired but I'm always falling back!

All the time. I always feel like I'm falling. When I'm asleep sometimes I feel like I'm shaking. But I have no one to tell me I seized so I think it's all in my head.

I get that feeling for sure. It's right when your falling asleep and than it feels like I'm suddenly dropping. Before I was on seizure medication it would be stronger. Now on meds it seems like it happens more often but with less force. For me it has never progressed into a larger seizure but I think it is a seizure, just a very small one. I think for some people they could have this kind of seizure without it ever progressing into something more. For some people it could mean something more to come. I think that's a very individual experience based in your own seizure type. But it is well known that we can have seizures more easily while falling asleep and while waking.
