I figured out his last name from a facebook post on karaoke and public pictures he posted of himself. I can not find his address on the Internet to tell dispatch but I was able to message a few of his Facebook friends that we are concerned and to please check on him and let us know that he is alright.

You did the right thing, I only say this because I have those thought s all the time, but I sought out help and am in therapy now. This condition we deal with daily takes a toll on us daily mentally and physically glad you did what you did and I pray he is ok..

Thank God you were able to do that much!!!! I e-mailed a message to the site. Hoping that if they can't help us this time they can at least tell us what to do if this ever happens again. Or something! It was all I could think of. Thank God you thought of the Facebook route. I pray he is ok!!!
