No, no, no! I kid you not. Medical Marijuana (the WHOLE plant. THC/CBD/CBG/ etc) literally saved my life. My seizures were caused by Hepatic Encephalitis and I began using CBD (but make SURE you get some of the good stuff! IF you are in a Legal State/ Province/Country go to a dispensarary or grow your own!) Get a medical marijuana card and eduacate yourself online. I was having Grand Mal seizures and was on huge amounts of Keppra/Gabapentin and another...I started taking SERIOUS amounts of Marijuana (I do Tincture/Edible, canna-caps and the occasional vape) you do NOT have to "smoke" it..in fact, it's recommended you do NOT. Cannacaps and tinctures work far more reliable and can be more precisely dosed. For people having seizures the daily CBD amount we rough need is about 1000 mg per day. Most over the counter "items" just do NOT have the quality amount. Hence going to the dispensary. Talk to the "Budtender" let them know you have Epilepsy, and are looking for strains for seizure control. They are LIFESAVERS! I grow my own "medicine" for my family and a few other military veterans.

FYI, revisited by pot doc and he changed things for me. Now he's got me taking 1ml 19:1 cbd:thc oil am and pm, and .25ml thc oil pm (also to help with sleep). Started this past Friday. We'll see if that's more helpful with seizures.

As an addendum... I am still on keppra and gabapentin but much, much smaller amounts! I am also off 5 other prescription medications I was on for pain and autoimmune disorder.

I also use mmj cbd.. I use pure cbd plant flower I smoke and I use hard candy with cbd and it works great. I live in Michigan.
