Doctor
Do anyone know of a wonderful, caring doctor in the Atlanta area?
You may want to contact the Epilepsy Foundation in your state. They might be able to help find an Epileptologist or a well respectful Neurologist for you. I wish you luck.
Like mentioned before the Epilepsy Foundation is a great place and resource for any and all the information You need or want. It does not cost You anything, go online to their website, then go to their office. Good Luck π in the future.
Emory has a great epilepsy center. Start there.
I'm glad that I am not the only person who has had a bad experience with a doctor. My husband was with me when I had mine. The doctor was having a rough day and took it out on me. We didn't think that he should have. I left the doctor and went back to the doctor I was seeing before and am now very happy π My husband is always helpful in those situations and was appalled with that doctor so I will say be sure of the doctor who you decide on it matters! Do research if necessary but know what you are walking into you are the patient and know what is best for you! I don't know of any doctors in Atlanta but wish you the best in finding a great one, you can do it.
Thank you @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member. I will do make sure the doctor is a great fit for me.
