Does anyone else have major insomnia due to epilepsy? My fear is that not sleeping will cause me to be stressed and ill seize at random times

It is awful! I can try to sleep but my mind will not shut off and I am ungodly tired! During football season that sort of works to my advantage but otherwise it sucks. Cannabis is now legal in my state and that helps but not all of the time. I don't want sleeping pills as part of my daily crutch.

I can actually not sleep for two days, and still work. Finally I get tired enough to sleep and then crash for a long time. LIke twelve hours.
