after my partial complex on my left, which was continuous as they said to me it changed grand mal and they had to put on ventilator to stop it I came out and could not read with glasses. I felt so wired because everything was normal till I started to read again, wish you a free seizure day

Carbamazepine was definitely the worst of the meds I’ve been on for the visual disturbance... all the senses disturbed tbh, I bloody hate the stuff!!!

I don’t wear glasses but my depth perception is the first thing to go when a seizure starts, and I always struggle before it normalises again for a while after. I think it’s one of the reasons I’ve been accused of being drunk after I’ve had public seizures. My seizures apparently start in my temporal lobe, maybe that has something to do with it?
