The most success that I have had with keeping them away is to keep my mind busy so that I am not thinking/worrying about having the next one. When I have the most positive things (helping others) to do, I have had my most success with this. It is, however, especially challenging with all the extra stress of these times.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I find I can’t stop the unexpected seizures and just let me me have myself have the seizure then relax that’s what’s happens to me I used to think to myself and occasionally why me god why did you give me this when I’m at my lowest and tell myself off that I have it epilepsy and just except it I think it has a mind of its own prayer is good for you meditation is good and the beer keep up the good work put your faith in god and expect epilepsy has a mind of its own and go about your day to day things without worrying enjoy 😉 your dog 🐕 x x

The past 3 months I've been keeping myself
awake at night. I believe
what's doing it is hormones and anxiety!
They're finally starting
to calm down so I can
get some sleep! Me going without sleep is
not good.

One thing I found since having seizures, I have to trust GOD, HE knows what HE is doing, I don’t understand why they started happening, but GOD keeps me through the process. PRAYER changes things and the way you look at the situation. GOD is amazing and is a keeper in and through it all . Don’t stop trusting, believing and doing what He says. I stay involved with the things of word of GOD and try to keep stress at bay. As of now we attend church via conference line or Facebook so yes church is a given and I get what I need from the word of GOD.
