The only mental issues I struggle with is memory and struggling to get the right words out

I have anxiety and depression. Im sure its from the meds..but thats why i joined here. Its helped a lot..whenever i feel down i come on here

Anxiety for me. Comes and goes. Sometimes I wish I could live a few years over. Even at that I am not as prepared as I would like to believe. Shucks!

But seriously talk to your kitty cat also. A rescue cat. You are really an awesome animal lover. First time you mentioned your 🐈 cat. Awesome!
