Now with Grandmal seizures I never knew that I had them because I mostly had them when I was asleep if I did have them when I was awake I just passed right out and never knew that I had them after the seizure I didn't really know what was happening I was very confused and disoriented and stuff like that but once I would come out of the stage of confusion this is where it gets odd for me is that it would mess with my OCD and actually would make my OCD more noticeable because I would want to clean all day.

I never had auras, but know my triggers. Currently my meds are controlling seizures. However, I have to eatch them. Being overrheated, under stress, not sleeping well or enough are some. I need to eat well and enough. For some reason having to urinate is linked to them. My ability to stand and balance are very poor if there is a large seizure. My going to the bathroom is very important, though nobody understands why. Currently, my Medications have things under control.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member sounds to me like a grand mal to a complex partal... or after the grand mal, the recovery time is is slow.

After a seizure I do things like walk and change positions, such as having a gran mal sitting in a recliner and then move and lay down on a couch on the other side of the room without knowing it. Other than that, when I wake up from that I feel pretty normal, sometimes stiff legged.

I never had auras, but know my triggers. They are being overheated, not enogh good sleep, and not eating well or enough. Stress is another one. The other day because it was so hot, I drank a lot of water. My Neurologist said that was not good. Maybe I did not have the AC on high enough.
