Does Anyone Keep A Journal Of Their Regular Everyday Lives But Also Add Their Seizures In There Too?
Yes. I do. Sometimes I have nothing important to add to my journal so, I wait for the drama and then write about it.
Yes than show to my neurologist. Live alone and get when only asleep. So it's important that I do that
Yes, i do. I keep a diary of meds i take, what was the dosage and when did i take them. When i have a seizure, i can only look at the clock before it happens. When i come to i can only write down the date and time it happened. Sometimes if outside i will track what i eat and drink. That way, if i have a seizure later i know what to avoid next time. It helps me share with my neurologist and prove that i have been taking my meds on time and decide if it is time to adjust my treatment. It is a lot some say, but it helps me to avoid having seizures.
I put them on a calendar and I give them to my neologist
I tried to but it's hard for me
