It is possible that it's a side effect of the medication you are taking. I have had that happen to me before. It depends on the meds.

Some times I can feel very hungry on Topamax but it depends on the situation and tbh it doesn't happen very often.

When I was put on my first medication topamax I had lost over 20lbs and was never hungry. I have since switched meds and am currently on keppra and lamictal and it has helped but I do still struggle with not feeling very hungry.

I think if you worried about weight gain or loss ask your neurologist for a weight natural type of medication I'm sure they can find something that works and helps your mental state of well-being because no one wants to gain weight or be too thin on a medication especially women.
