Why Do I Keep Getting Denied For Ssi
It’s difficult but not impossible to be approved for SSDI and it took me over 3 years for approval.
The best thing is to have an attorney representing you (this helps with the stress of it all too) and if you haven’t done so yet speak with your doctor about their recommendations because the doctor will need to put in writing that you are not able to work due to your epilepsy disability. Good luck and keep fighting for it.
If you have shown proof and Documentation about your Epilepsy and got denied, you may want to go visit a Disability Law Firm
My son was approved almost as soon as he applied. No lawyer or anything. Keep the faith!
It’s not something that is easy to do. I eventually had an attorney who was able to get it for me. I’m sure the first thing you are probably thinking is that you could never afford to pay for an attorney but simply make sure that they won’t charge you unless they are able to get you the benefits you are seeking. One thing that is helpful is if you have ever been fired from a job due to your epilepsy. That is a form of discrimination and can be seen as against the law
