What Do Y’all Do The Next Day After Having A Seizure?
I feel exhausted 😴
Sleep.
I tend to sleep most of the next day
Weak, unsteady, hovering husband, so I take as many naps as possible.
I feel weak, washed out, a bit confused, usually have a headache and it takes 1 - 2 days for me to recover, so I just take it easy for that time afterward.
If I had a very strong seizure or many cluster seizures, they usually knocked me out.
But when I have my mild and moderate seizures, I’m usually fine and still feel myself.
